What data we process

Through the quotation form we process the data you choose to provide: company name, contact person, e-mail or phone, project location, scope of works, planned start date and any further information in your message or attachment.

We do not request and deliberately do not process any special categories of personal data.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data solely to handle your enquiry, prepare a quotation and communicate with you about it.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in handling a business enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention period

We keep personal data for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any related communication. We then erase it, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer.

Recipients and transfers

The enquiry is delivered by e-mail to the controller's authorised staff. We do not share the data with third parties for marketing purposes and do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area.

Our e-mail and web infrastructure may be operated by processors (hosting and e-mail providers) bound by confidentiality and acting only on our instructions.

You have the right to access your data, to rectification or erasure, to restriction of processing, to object to processing and to data portability.
